With the holidays just around the corner, I think we can all agree that special and thoughtful gifts are those you treasure most.  You wouldn't think a calendar is one of those gifts, but now it can be.  In the heat of social media and everything technological, let's slow down a bit and appreciate the small things.  There's no denying the beauty of a well-crafted letterpress calendar handing in the office or kitchen.  These are some of the prettiest ones I've seen and each piece will feel like a daily luxury of much greater value.  For a more sentimental touch, have the calendar personalized with your loved one's initials.  Enjoy! 

TIDBITS OF MY HOME 》THE LITTLE DETAILS

This little kelly green heater is one of the best purchases we ever made!  I rarely turn the actual heater on in the winter so when it gets really cold I just turn this little guy on and it heats up the living room in no time. 

I got these butterfly prints for $0.99 at Ikea.  What a bargain!

This was my first time taking shots of our home so please bare with me.  I'm trying to figure out ways to get better natural lighting and test out different angles in which to shoot.  Stay tuned for more tidbits of my home in future posts!  Enjoy! 

MY DREAM OFFICE

I positively cannot wait to create my very own home office space.  But right now this is just a dream considering our one bedroom apartment will not suffice.  Next year me and my husband hope to own our first house.  Soon after, let the preparation begin!  Here's a couple of my inspiration pics I've been lusting over lately.  Let's just say it will be white with tons of color.  If ya can't tell by now, I'm obsessed with color!      

Saving the best for last, is this AMAZING workspace re-do by Edie of Life In Grace.  Check out her whole workspace here.  I adore her use of color and absolutely LOVE the big green work table in the middle.  This shows you what you can do with a small space that actually works and is efficient.  I say this because not only is this her office, but it also houses her washer and dryer!  I just can't say enough how happy this room makes me.  It sums up my home interior style to a T!

Did you know?   H&M finally has e-commerce.   That's right.  Ok, maybe it's not a big deal to you,  but to me, it is!  And to add to the excitement,  there's a home section now.  I've already selected a few items that I love.   On that note,  I did see a few things in the clothing section that I liked,  but not as much as I'd liked.   And another thing that worries me is that when shopping there at the store you seem to run into a lot of hits and misses.  So shopping online can be an issue if this is the case.  Such as the quality which in the store you can tell right away,  unlike online it may photograph well and you won't know until it arrives.  Regardless, here's a few things I'm seriously pondering over purchasing.  What do you think?   Will you go shopping online at H&M soon?  

 Gotta love pillows!  These are all great options.  I'm particularly loving the black and white atzec print option and would like to get a couple of those velvet ones too!  This Beautiful pillow is written out in sequins...very pretty!

What great little accessories to add to your collection.  These would look great on my bookshelves.  Hobnail vases are timeless and with this one being mercury glass it brings a vintage feel to your home.  Let's just hope the candle smells nice!
