Almost time for my second favorite holiday...Thanksgiving!  I love eating and eating A LOT so I've been trying to think of what to wear to Thanksgiving that will still be comfortable enough to be lazy around the house after eating a huge meal.  I know we all need to be comfy and warm (it's actually cold this year at Thanksgiving in Texas!) so I think these outfit ideas are perfect for just that.  A big comfy coat paired with some leggings and boots - a perfect Thanksgiving combo.  I adore the above fur coat and the third pic from the top - that super cute casual look with over-the-knee boots and a head to toe tonal color palette.  I also think I need a poncho like the fourth pic down - how cool is THIS one?!  But my favorite look is the first one - LOVE the color blocked coat and leather joggers (I've said it before and I'll say it again - obsessed with these!).  What will you be wearing tomorrow?  Happy Thanksgiving Eve!!

Today's Style Spotlight focuses 100% on Olivia Palermo's FAB looks.  Can you say très chic?  No matter the event, time of day or even the season, this girl always looks put together.  With her effortless way of layering in the fall and winter months to her flirty blouse and flared skirt look for spring and summer, there's nothing she can't pull off.  I can tell her go-to look is of a neutral palette (which she rocks) or a bright pop of color.  Pretty sure she's wearing this peacoat in yellow above.  I love mixing neutrals in my wardrobe; however, I tend to go bold with various color combos.  Fur is also a go-to accessory for her, whether it be a jacket, vest or clutch - she loves her fur!  How fun is this vest?  Totally Olivia's style.  Olivia Palermo is undoubtedly one of my favorite style icons of all time.  I should have definitely included her in my hair obsession post last week!  Some often forget how your hairstyle impacts your outfit.  Well it does...majorly!  Hers is ALWAYS impeccable.  If you're curious (I know I am), read this to find out exactly how her hair stylist creates this glossy look.  I can hardly stand how perfect her hair is in the first pic.  Wish my hair would part that flawlessly in the middle - mine parts on the side naturally darn it!  Who's your style icon?

Everywhere you look...BAGS BAGS BAGS!  With a great bag like this, it will make your everyday outfit pop.  It's a one size fits all trend.  Bat wing satchels are all the rage at New York Fashion Week.  Focused on street style, the above photos are fantastic examples showing real women sporting this trend.  Handbags are the number one thing women spend money on aside from shoes.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but not all of us can afford to carry some of the designer options out there.  So today I've compiled an affordable list of my favorite bat wing satchels below.  Happy NYFW!
